When you require the use of our services, please contact us initially by phone or email to agree time frames and service required. We will inform you what we require and the best way to pass this information to us.


We recognise that communication is an important part of the process, not only to be efficient for your business, but is also fundamental to a lasting business relationship with you.
In today’s modern technology world we are able to adapt our services and communication options, including:

We will work to your preferred method, be it a weekly call, email, Skype or FaceTime.
As standard, we maintain a Service Log sheet which you can access at any time which includes hours spent on your case and work completed, expected date of completion and all phone calls/emails logged which were made on your behalf to providers.


Our preference is to work on an hourly fee structure, with an estimation of time the report will require based on our experience of providing an established service to Vision Advisers. This approach benefits the majority of Vision Advisers and means we can tailor the service to what YOU actually require. The vast majority of paraplanning firms have a fixed fee service, however, we believe by offering a bespoke tailored service we offer better value to both Advisers and ourselves by ensuring your return business.
