Terms and Conditions of our Services

  • You are responsible for the advice you give to your clients and you sign Vision’s Declaration/Appendix page on each client report confirming this to Vision.

 

  • Your Paraplanning Services are not authorised or regulated by the FCA and are in no part accountable for the content of the Vision documents, report or the advice.

 

  • We strongly advise you read and add any further personalisation before handing to your client or issuing to your supervisor for pre-sale sign off.

 

  • Any queries should be discussed in the first instance with your case paraplanner.

 

  • We ask that you return any queries to us within two weeks from the date of issuing the report.

 

  • After two weeks has passed from the date of the report, we will issue our invoice, which we request to be paid within 7 days.

 

  • Invoices can be sent to you via email or hard copies can be sent if requested. Invoices will be sent after the services have been provided and not based on clients proceeding.

 

  • We are able to accept or decline work at our discretion and this is in no part controlled by Vision Independent Financial Planning Limited.
